Refunds & Returns:

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact hospitaliteeshirts@gmail.com with the date of purchase, item purchased, the nature of your issue, and a photo if possible.

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have elapsed since the purchase date, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges for a new size can be made upon request. Returns or refunds will only be issued if you received wrong or damaged items.

Please contact us at hospitaliteeshirts@gmail.com for instruction on how to begin your refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
